Elle Fanning got a pre-Oscars facial last night — as any nominee should — but her esthetician says the real secret behind the actress’s glow was a high-frequency wand.

How it works? An electric current flows through one of its glass tubes, producing a mild static electricity effect on the skin’s surface. According to the brand, gliding it over the skin for 2-3 minutes, three times a week, stimulates the skin at a cellular level.
