Fans of both Daft Punk and Lego are about to get lucky.
The electronic music duo and the toy brick brand have partnered for a new multi-platform collaboration spanning product, content and brand experiences.
The partnership includes a Lego set based on the stage design from Daft Punk’s 2007 “Alive” tour, submitted on the toy company’s official crowdsourcing platform Lego Ideas.

Created by a father-son duo from Luxembourg, the “Daft Punk Concert” was first entered into a music-themed Lego Ideas competition in 2020, where it was crowned grand prize winner. It has since also reached 10,000 supports on Lego Ideas, meaning it will advance into the next stage of development.

The set is based on the pyramid stage from the duo’s 2007 tour. “The pyramid stage is one of the most recognisable expressions of Daft Punk’s visual world, so it feels fitting that this fan-created design will be centre stage of this partnership,” said Daft Punk creative director Cédric Hervet. “Fans have always played an important part in Daft Punk’s story, and we are excited to see that creativity reflected through the Lego universe.”
To launch the partnership, Lego and Daft Punk have also collaborated on a 48-second film in which the duo appear in Lego Minifigure form, complete with helmets, as they follow a holographic red brick through a mysterious desert landscape. The soundtrack is based on a bassline tribute from the band’s 2001 album “Discovery” as well as the title track from their 2005 album “Human After All.”
In a press release announcing the collaboration, Lego tease more offerings, saying fans will see “the duo brought to life in new ways across the Lego brand, through a mashup of surprising events and content that crosses music, culture and creative spaces.”
This isn’t the first time the duo have taken Lego form of course: they also appeared as Minifigures in Pharrell’s 2024 Lego-animated documentary “Piece by Piece,” having collaborated with him and Nile Rodgers on the hit track “Get Lucky.”
“What makes this partnership so special is the enduring appeal both brands share. Like the Lego brand, Daft Punk inspires generations through creativity, innovation and a deep connection with fans,” said Julia Goldin, Lego’s chief product and marketing officer. “We’re excited to build on these foundations to reimagine the Daft Punk legacy in a fresh and unexpected way, creating something unique that resonates with fans across all ages. This is just the beginning of a bigger journey – a creative collab made for fans ready to lose themselves to play.”
